Exclusion of Returns (Food & Frozen Products)

As we sell food, grocery, and frozen products, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life (e.g. fresh or frozen fish, meat, frozen products)
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once they have been opened

This is in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 BGB (German Civil Code).

Therefore:

  • frozen products cannot be returned
  • food products cannot be returned once opened
  • perishable goods are non-returnable after delivery

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a missing item
  • an incorrect product

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product
  • a short explanation

We will offer:

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund for the affected item

Quality Issues

If you experience quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
